What Youll Do:

  • Support a senior executive with streamlined calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and stakeholders, drafting and editing communications, as well as preparing reports and presentations for executive review
  • Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless daily operations while assisting in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials and agendas
  • Proactively address and resolve administrative issues, anticipating challenges and implementing efficient solutions to streamline processes
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings, bringing enthusiasm and creativity to every aspect of the process
  • Support project teams by coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance communication
  • Act as the first point of contact by managing incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and responding or redirecting as needed

What Youll Bring:

  • You possess proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, effective multitasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
