Responsibilities: - Coordinate communication with potential candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers. - Assist in the preparation of new hire documentation and facilitate orientation programs for new employees. - Take charge of scheduling tasks and ensure the organized handling of HR paperwork. - Maintain comprehensive and updated HR records. - Manage sensitive information about potential and current employees confidentially. - Aid in the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks related to candidate sourcing and selection. - Use ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations skills to perform tasks efficiently. - Liaise with different levels of the organization effectively. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. - Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. - Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software. - Knowledge of About Time software is a must. - Strong understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration. - Demonstrated expertise in Compliance and Employee Relations. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
