You will be required to handle various administrative tasks, manage new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic business plans and leadership initiatives• Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, grievance handling, and salary planning• Facilitate the hiring process, including new hires and terminations• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work culture• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws• Utilize HR management systems such as ADP and Ceridian for efficient operations• Oversee unemployment processes and handle related inquiries• Conduct assessments to understand the current state of company culture and people perspective• Use communication skills to effectively handle employee relations and grievances• Utilize skills in ATS and HCM for efficient management of employee data and hiring processes.Requirements• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now• Familiarity with Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS)• Experience with Ceridian and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems• Understanding of Benefit Functions• Strong communication skills• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the HR sector• Proven track record in managing employee relations• Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes.Job typePerm
