G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join its team in Richmond, TX.

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phones, data entry, inside sales support, and general office management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering Phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and provide accurate information to clients and customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in our systems, ensuring all information is current and correctly entered.
  • Inside Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organize files, and ensure the office environment is clean and orderly.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and customers, provide excellent customer service, and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents, and assisting with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Experience with QuickBooks and/or ServiceTitan is a plus.
