CHD's Adult Mental Health division is looking for new team members! Currently hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to our Springfield office. The program works with adults in the community who are suffering from various forms of mental illness.

Administrative Assistant works in a fast paced, multi-faceted mental health program located in Springfield that serves over 450 people and a day treatment program.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones for the entire program
  • Multi-task while answering telephones and greeting guests to the program, and completing computer work.
  • Management of the main entrance, receive guests, respond to needs and questions of the members of the day treatment program, data entry, insurance billing verification, and communicating with visitors in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years: of administrative experience that is comparable to our setting.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or mental health field.
  • Bilinguals strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is a plus.
Schedule:
  • FT: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
