Responsibilities
•Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
•Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
•Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
•Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
•Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
Qualifications
•Previous work experience showcasing exceptional customer service skills within a healthcare environment is required.
•Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting situations.
•High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
•Has experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, customer service skills and verbal communication skills.
•At least one year of receptionist/administrative experience.
