Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Pay: • From $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Schedule that allows for a work/life balance • Health insurance for full-time employees • PTO for full-time employees Physical setting: • Low Traffic Health Center Experience: • 1 Year of administrative experience Work Location: • In-person Responsibilities: • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol Qualifications: • Previous work experience showcasing exceptional customer service skills within a healthcare environment is required. • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting situations. • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. • Has experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, customer service skills and verbal communication skills. • At least one year of receptionist/administrative experience. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
