POSITION OVERVIEW
CRM Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the integrity of marketing- and sales-related datasets. This role will involve cleaning, validating, and formatting CRM data to support the company's marketing analytics and campaign optimization. A key aspect of this position will be to ensure that marketing databases are free from duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information, enabling accurate reporting and decision-making.

CRM Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining the integrity of marketing- and sales-related datasets. This role will involve cleaning, validating, and formatting CRM data to support the company's marketing analytics and campaign optimization. A key aspect of this position will be to ensure that marketing databases are free from duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information, enabling accurate reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly audit and clean marketing data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, email campaigns, social media platforms, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Data Validation: Identify and remove duplicate or irrelevant data, correct inaccuracies, and ensure that records adhere to company data quality standards.
- Database Management: Maintain marketing data in databases or CRM systems, ensuring proper categorization and tagging for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that clean, accurate data is available for email campaigns, targeted advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
- Data Compliance: Ensure that marketing data handling practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing analytics team to provide clean data for reporting and insights, contributing to the optimization of marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data cleaning and data management tools such as Excel.
- Experience researching data through platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, and making phone calls when necessary to verify and validate information.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with data validation and cleaning software is a plus.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data and continuously improve processes for data validation and updates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing data.
- Collaboration: coordinate with Sales, Events, and other teams within the organization to address data discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain data quality protocols: develop processes to update and maintain accuracy of data
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights to improve data quality.
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Basic understanding of data privacy laws and how they apply to marketing activities within a cybersecurity context.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT departments.
- Prior experience working with marketing data in a tech or cybersecurity environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards within the industry.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
