Remote Data Quality Analyst (DQA) Job at Insight Global in Pittsburgh

Insight Global is seeking a meticulous and communicative Data Quality Analyst (DQA) to join the Operations Team of a Fortune 500 company. The Operations Team is dedicated to ensuring accurate product and price matching between the company and its competitors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with pricing managers and merchandising teams to verify product attributes across tens of thousands of SKUs. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews to gather additional brand information, engaging with 15-20 stakeholders daily, and providing proactive updates and end-of-day reports. You will independently reach out to various teams and stakeholders, navigating their unique communication styles to obtain and analyze the correct information. Proficiency in communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Excel/Smartsheet is essential. Additionally, you will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle nuanced interactions, which are crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
- Background as a DQA/similar role, or understanding of what the job entails.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong preference for candidates with project management experience.
- Experience working in the retail or merchandising industry.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Slack.

Pay Rate: $20-$26/hr

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
