Financial Analyst
Growing medical group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our medical group. Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability for clinics and departments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and financial health.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets for the medical group.
- Create financial forecasts and models to predict future performance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Cost and Productivity Optimization:
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives, services, or investments.
- Analyze provider productivity, staffing costs, and resource utilization.
- Recommend strategies to improve efficiency while maintaining quality care.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business development.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide expansion or service line optimization.

Qualifications Preferred of the Financial Analyst
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical group sector.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial systems and payer reimbursement models.
- Proficiency in financial software, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to create complex financial models.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Salary: $70,000k- $95,000k
