Job Description
This is an audit and compliance role primarily responsible for generating and analyzing user security reports and collecting documentation in support of internal and external audit requests. This role will also assist with other daily and routine security-related activities and initiatives such as provisioning user access and recommending policy, protocol, and process improvements that enhance the department's security practices.

Job Description
This is an audit and compliance role primarily responsible for generating and analyzing user security reports and collecting documentation in support of internal and external audit requests. This role will also assist with other daily and routine security-related activities and initiatives such as provisioning user access and recommending policy, protocol, and process improvements that enhance the department's security practices.
Essential Functions
- Awareness and adherence to all City Department of Revenue and IRS regulations, policies, protocols and procedures pertaining to authorized user access in PRISM tax system
- Generate weekly security reports to audit and assess user activity in PRISM and ensure compliance with Confidentiality rules and regulations; report any unusual or suspicious activity to Security Administration Manager for further evaluation; assist in developing a formal documentation and escalation procedure for unauthorized access
- Run reports to proactively identify user inactivity and data integrity issues
- Review SQL Audit Logs to verify authorized access of FAST Tech Team in PRISM system
- Serve as primary liaison for responding to Controller's Office and IRS audit requests; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to interpret requirements and acquire necessary documentation; devise system for maintaining and archiving documentation
- Present major audit findings annually in a report to PRISM Security Team and Executive Team; recommend, implement, and monitor improvements in pursuit of security best practices
- Manage and respond to user access ticket requests for elevated security privileges to view restricted data and customer types; provide support for responding to other ticket request types
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Ideal candidate(s) will preferably have an intermediate knowledge of SQL
