Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
- Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification is required (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting
- One(+) year of phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- COVID-19 vaccination required
