Position: Customer Service Representative
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This in-person role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Process customer orders, forms, and requests.
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution of customer issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Competitive weekly salary: $700 to $1000.
