Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site, Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: Weekly

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales by engaging directly with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing detailed product knowledge to encourage purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Promote and sell the client's products and services, providing expert guidance and tailored recommendations
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the client's values and products confidently
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Manage both office-based responsibilities and on-site customer interactions, ensuring that sales targets are met

Sales-Focused Tasks:

• Utilize product knowledge to deliver persuasive sales presentations
• Engage with potential customers to create leads and close sales
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue

Requirements:

• Daily commute to the Phoenix office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic IT skills and the ability to work with sales tracking systems
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
