About the Role

The Company is seeking an AL&C Policy and Governance Lead Analyst to play a pivotal role in its Finance Transformation initiative. This dynamic position is focused on the Accounting, Ledger and Close (AL&C) Transformation, which is a key part of the broader finance transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and roll-out of AL&C governance processes, with a particular emphasis on monthly and daily close processes. This includes managing and supporting the implementation of critical milestones, partnering with various stakeholders, and acting as a finance subject matter expert. The role also involves providing program management support for the overall AL&C Consent Order Action plan and preparing executive communications and presentations for senior management. Applicants for this role at the company should have 7-10 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those within the financial services industry. A background in finance and/or accounting is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred). The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear visuals. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are required, as is the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, matrixed environment. The role demands a strategic professional with a solutions mindset, flexibility, and the ability to guide and influence others to achieve both regulatory and business strategic objectives.
