We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Management team. In this role, you'll work directly with senior leaders and contribute to the smooth operation of our Senior Management team's priorities and initiatives, with responsibility for managing schedules, handling communications and assisting with coordinating meetings, events and key projects. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and resourceful, with a strong ability to proactively anticipate the needs of those they directly support.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS POSITION?
In this role, you'll provide administrative support primarily to our Senior Management team, including appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, calendar management, and project and communications support, amongst others.
Reporting to the Manager, Executive Administration & Board Liaison, you'll also provide back-up administrative support to our President & CEO, assisting with coordinating special meetings, events and conferences and assisting with travel needs. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining the systems and databases necessary to centralize information used for management purposes, and to facilitate the preservation of corporate records including by-laws, contracts, meeting minutes etc.
This position will also serve as primary back-up to the Reception & Guest Services function, including reception and switchboard coverage, visitor management, and on-site conference center needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations. The ability to interact professionally with maturity, confidence and credibility across all levels within and outside of Granite Edvance, and to handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters are critical to success.
Other skills and experience we're seeking include:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role with responsibility for supporting multiple executive or senior-level managers.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative, and a proactive, can-do attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Service-oriented, with a deep commitment to supporting others toward achieving their goals.
- Experience planning and executing corporate meetings, conferences or events
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to manage multiple - and sometimes competing - priorities. Able to shift focus as necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency in MS Office and other platforms and applications common to administrative support functions, including remote work platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and others.
- Ability to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm, with flexibility to work earlier or later as necessary based upon business need.
This full-time position will work 100% on-site at our office in Concord, NH. Some flexibility for occasional remote work may be available.
