Series C fintech company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be a thought partner and join a purpose-driven team! Provide day-to-day support to the CEO as well as prepare leadership for board meetings, assist with event planning, and other ad hoc projects. You will also act as a culture carrier for the team to bring team members together. Someone with previous experience who is excited to take ownership and bring positive energy to the team. This is an in-office role based in Milpitas. 130-150K DOE + benefits!
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Strategic administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, arrange meetings and schedule appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing email communications. Prepare written responses, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate many areas of cross-functional communication.
- Provide meeting preparation and support for the CEO to run effective meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and materials with the Leadership Team for board meetings, including agendas, presentations, and general flow, to guarantee each meeting's success.
- Produce key communications including, presentations, email, and other correspondence.
- Serve as a culture champion who embodies company values, fostering an environment of enthusiasm and collaboration while inspiring teammates through your positive energy and can-do mindset.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed.
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Previous experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth startup is preferred.
- Polished and professional communication style.
- Ability to anticipate needs, forward thinker, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to intuitively shift gears quickly as priorities change.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and EQ.
- Excellent follow-through. Ability to keep the pieces moving and not let anything fall through the cracks.
