THE ROLE: Janitor / Cleaner
LOCATION: Waukesha, WI
REPORTS TO: Manager Quality, CI and Maintenance
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt

The Janitor/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining facilities and grounds. Their responsibilities would include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces and restrooms, and emptying trash and recycling.

OUR OPPORTUNITY:
The Janitor/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining facilities and grounds. Their responsibilities would include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces and restrooms, and emptying trash and recycling.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans building, facilities, and equipment.
- Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment.
- Removes and disposes of garbage and trash following the appropriate policies.
- Perform assigned duties following safe manufacturing processes and conforms to shop safety rules.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Employee must be willing to work as needed, including overtime as well as any shift.
- Physical requirements include regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, and extended periods of standing/walking.
