We are seeking skilled and personable Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a fun and inviting environment for our guests.

The role: Bartender!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure all morning prep duties are complete in order to provide quick and flawless service
• Maintain a clean dining and patio area.
• Retrieve food from the line and deliver it to the bar guests, when ordered.
• Follow opening and closing checklists
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure all guests feel welcome and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary licenses or certifications.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
