Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with project goals.3. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.4. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.5. Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.6. Scrum Master:7. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and methodologies.8. Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize features, manage the backlog, and ensure the timely completion of sprint deliverables.9. Remove obstacles or blockers that impede the progress of the team, promoting a collaborative and empowered environment.10. Foster continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing action items to enhance the teams efficiency and effectiveness.11. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.12. Stakeholder Management:13.
