Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Roles and responsibilities:

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business process improvements and system solutions. The BA will also be responsible for providing solutions to solve business problems and responding to user inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Good experience Working on ServiceNow Modules like ITSM, PPM, HRSD (any one) and familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform functionality
• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for business process improvements and system solutions.
• Work on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
• Create and maintain process and system documentation.
• Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
• Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
• Develop test plans and coordinate system testing.
• Support the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
• Develop training materials and provide training to users.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow Admin Certification
• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
