A client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! In this position you will be a direct hire employee in a hybrid work environment. As a Business Analyst you will be on a small team working on projects regarding integrations for their Financial Management System. We are looking for someone who has experience with SQL queries and is able to dig into the data to make connections. Additionally, the type of person who would thrive in this role is someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and is a driver to move things forward. In this role you will be working with internal stakeholders in the Accounting team and correspond with Development teams. Any knowledge in Accounting or Finance is highly desired. Required Skills & Experience

Experience gathering and writing formal technical requirements
Experience working with on projects pertaining to Financial Management Systems: D365, or similar
Experience managing system backlog
Experience working with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Contracts
Experience working with Application development teams
Previous experience working for mid to large organizations with 1,000+ employees
SQL experience: navigating databases, adjusting, queries

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiar with Procurement Systems, AP systems, etc.
Experience working with 3rd party vendors
Familiar with Change Approval Process
Experience as a Product Owner
