ECHO is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Business Systems Analyst to oversee and manage external systems critical to our operations. This role will involve serving as the go-to expert for system functionality, managing contracts, assisting the business with understanding, and implementing system enhancements, scheduling upgrades, managing licenses, and configuring systems.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business units, IT, and software vendors, ensuring seamless communication and effective system management.

This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for the external systems from an IT perspective, ensuring they operate efficiently and align with business needs.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of system functionality, including how to leverage features and resolve issues.
  • Oversee and manage contracts related to the systems, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
  • Assist the business with understanding and implementing system enhancements that come with upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate and schedule system upgrades, ensuring they are performed with minimal impact on business operations.
  • Manage and track system licenses, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and proper allocation.
  • Handle system configuration tasks, including setting up users, permissions, and other system settings.
  • Act as the primary contact between the business, IT, and software vendors, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Continuously learn and understand the ECHO business and its systems, adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
  • Work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of the IT department and the organization.
Job Experience/Skills:
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting various SaaS systems, with a proven track record of managing system functionality and enhancements.
  • Experience with MS Business Central, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Versapay, Docebo LMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of system integration and interface management.
  • Certification or training related to SaaS or business systems management.
  • Basic technical skills to manage system and user configurations effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business field.
