ECHO is seeking an experienced and dynamic
IT Business Systems Analyst
to oversee and manage external systems critical to our operations. This role will involve serving as the go-to expert for system functionality, managing contracts, assisting the business with understanding, and implementing system enhancements, scheduling upgrades, managing licenses, and configuring systems.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business units, IT, and software vendors, ensuring seamless communication and effective system management.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Assume responsibility for the external systems from an IT perspective, ensuring they operate efficiently and align with business needs.Provide expert-level knowledge of system functionality, including how to leverage features and resolve issues.Oversee and manage contracts related to the systems, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.Assist the business with understanding and implementing system enhancements that come with upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Coordinate and schedule system upgrades, ensuring they are performed with minimal impact on business operations.Manage and track system licenses, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and proper allocation.Handle system configuration tasks, including setting up users, permissions, and other system settings.Act as the primary contact between the business, IT, and software vendors, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.Continuously learn and understand the ECHO business and its systems, adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.Work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to the overall success of the IT department and the organization.Job Experience/Skills:
5-7 years of experience supporting various SaaS systems, with a proven track record of managing system functionality and enhancements.Experience with MS Business Central, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Versapay, Docebo LMS is a plus.Knowledge of system integration and interface management.Certification or training related to SaaS or business systems management.Basic technical skills to manage system and user configurations effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and business processes.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business field.
