Our client is looking for a hybrid Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst. This resource will join the eCommerce product team. This person will need to have experience with Adobe or similar platform experience like Shopify - ideally Adobe.
You'll help us by:Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutionsWorking with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plansActing as the technical subject matter expert for Pharmacann's commercial products and other integrated software components.Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document, and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal/external teams to scope and prioritize enhancementsWork with product managers to build a comprehensive product roadmap of forward looking capabilitiesAnalyzing current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experienceDriving testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.Supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of PharmaCann's product portfolioEnsuring integration and data exchange between relevant systems as neededYou'll be a good fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field and experience3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or other relevant experienceExperience with process flow diagramming with tools such as LucidChart or Elements CloudExperience in Enterprise SaaS, retail IT, or cannabis IT is a plusStrong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database managementAbility to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirementsAbility to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environmentAn understanding of Loyalty Platforms and how to create a winning customer experience
