As a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst (BPA) at Micron Technology, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with process sponsors, owners, stewards, and partners of Global Supply Chain to implement, manage, and improve the process and its underlying activities to support Micron and Supply Chain critical initiatives resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness A major area of focus for this role will be to develop and implement processes and procedures for sophisticated, Micron-wide business planning analyses and decisions The BPA will assist the process owners to form appropriate process metrics and develop performance gap solutions through problem solving initiatives Our Opportunity Summary: + Provide Organizational Change Manager (OCM) support for Global Supply Chain, Inc., you will play a key role in supporting Micron's efforts to incorporate OCM best known methods into the organization. You will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, job roles, systems and technologies, and organization structures as they relate to the work of the GSC Portfolio Management Office. + Provide project management support. You will take care of, monitor, and lead projects through all phases from initiation, planning, execution/control, and on-time/within budget project closure.
