Responsibilities:Partners with HR colleagues and their customers across our US businesses to leverage technical capabilities in support of HR needs. Operates as both a technical and strategic advisor to the
business and internal client community. Will also partner with the global HCM solutions team, to provide creative, strategy-focused solutions. The Shared Service Business Analyst will work with areas such as recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession planning and workflow management technology HR reporting, metrics and analytics as well as assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, processing data flows and process improvement initiatives.
- Provides a customer-centric approach to HR technology delivery.
- Responds to potentially complex inquiries from our customers (employees, managers, leaders and HRSS staff) and provides information, interpretation, and potential solutions regarding processes, technology, design or operational flaw resolution.
- Collaborates with customers to configure, test and rollout onboarding, performance and other HR programs with HRIS systems and assures accurate translation (if any) to payroll.
- Based on client feedback and information, evaluates current programs and makes suggestions to Shared Service leadership on aligning to our customers needs. Recommends changes to procedures or process to enhance the client groups experience with HRSS and/or their customers.
- Performs Dayforce daily administration responsibilities around workflows, forms troubleshooting, onboarding, document management, and assisting with performance management, etc.
- Backup to ongoing health, dental, vision IDI, flex spending, and other benefit processes through Dayforce and ensures appropriate enrollment/workflows for all benefits plans.
- Monitors and resolves issues with weekly file feeds, overnight processes in Dayforce and HR dashboards.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory reporting, Federal, state and local legislation as well as benefit plan compliance.
- Assess HR and business needs to identify opportunities for automation and partner with HR teams to assist in the design and configuration of efficient and scalable end-to-end processes, drive efficiency and manage data.
- Takes day-to-day direction from the HR Systems Manager. May write stories to ensure needs are captured appropriately and assist the Shared Service Process Improvement team.
- Implements HR technology solutions which may include building interfaces, system enhancements and/or integration projects utilizing best practices and standards.
- Project planning, execution and maintenance related to upgrades and system implementations. Plan and execute testing of new system features and upgrades and evaluate the implementation prior to production release.
- Supports development of or prepares HRIS post-production support documentation and/or training materials. May deliver training. Communicates/trains on new or existing processes as needed.
- Creates sustainable reporting that meets the needs of the business units and provides relevant and accurate HR data on a regular/ ad-hoc basis. Curates potentially complex reports through the joining and cleansing of data across disparate systems to provide clear and concise information for leadership.
- Identifies improvements across HR reporting needs and reduces the amount of effort needed to produce data/reports through automation or semi-automation.
- Build data auditing tools that ensure integrity of information. Performs regular audits to validate all data is current, complete and accurate within Shared Services.
- Maintain HR and executive dashboard metrics and management reports to empower leaders to make informed business decisions with real time data relating to workforce management.
- Participates in the design, build and delivery of a global HCM system with integrations into existing systems as required.
- Responsible for vendor management framework for vendors relating to areas of responsibility.
- Resolves complex technical problems and engages additional functional resources as necessary.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or demonstrated applicable work experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, HRIS, or related field
- Progressive technical experience (preferably with Ceridians Dayforce) with systems upgrades, reporting, data visualizations, integrations and/or product implementations.
Experience/Knowledge
- Experience working in a highly regulated fast paced environment balancing agility, performance, and customer centricity.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems setup, navigation and best practices in providing exceptional employee experiences in technology.
- Highly collaborative with experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Requires the analytical abilities and skills necessary to conduct and investigate complaints, disciplinary activities, determine problems, identify solutions, make recommendations, interact with labor counsel, etc.
- Demonstrates excellence in customer relations and building partnerships at all levels within the organization.

- Ability to perform diagnostics, identify problems and provide solutions.
- Ability to engage with leaders and managers and translate business needs into solid business/technology requirements.

- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment developing or implementing technology related process improvements and initiatives using agile methodology.
- SME in HR processes and procedures. Global experience a plus.
Whats in it for you?
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $88,300 - $121,375 annually. This position is hybrid requiring 3 days in our Frederick, Maryland office.
The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 8% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 15 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
