IT Business Analyst

Job Summary
SNI Technologies is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team onsite in the Treasure Coast of Florida. This role is essential in supporting sites across North America focused on Fl. facilities. The Ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives, ensuring that our technology solutions support our manufacturing processes and strategic goals.

Job description

  • Collaboration with existing leadership member to gain in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations processes and technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineer and production managers to gather, analyze, and document business and technical needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the manufacturing enforcement and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Understand complex SAP systems and integrations to streamline manufacturing processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  • Provide in-depth research, analysis, audits, and documentation for various business needs.
  • Project management facilitation to ensure on-time delivery and on budget. Track cost avoidance and savings opportunities.
  • Participate in implementation efforts and employee acceptance of new or changed IT systems and integrations
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure IT solutions meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements that drives business value.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand tradeoffs and achieve consensus
  • Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, applications and/or hardware.
  • Solid understanding of SAP, supplier portals, and other system functionality and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience with business process modeling/data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint.
  • MS Power BI reports and user administration.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
