The Main Responsibilities Lumen's Finance organization is looking for a Business Process Analyst Intern on our Connected Digital Strategy team. The intern will be responsible for learning and developing skills in mapping business processes, identifying constraints and issues, and developing effective solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interface with business partners to understand process flows and drive process improvement. Key Responsibilities: -Map and analyze business processes to identify constraints and issues. -Develop and propose solutions to improve process efficiency. -Collaborate with business partners to understand and document process flows. -Learn and support business system production and monitoring. -Engage in technical writing of capabilities, features, & user stories to ensure solutions are properly documented and handed off for development -Business Value identification & calculation What We Look For in a Candidate Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment of the entire 10-week program.
