Night Production Supervisor

If you want a short work week with no weekends, then consider this Night Production Supervisor role! You’ll oversee production of innovative plant-based polymers at a growing company in Exeter, NH. Candidates must be able to train on first shift before switching to your typical schedule of 7:00pm-7:00am Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday.

Responsibilities of the Night Production Supervisor

• Operate and communicate as a key leader in the Itaconix production team.
• Plan and direct all activities during the night shift to meet production objectives and product specifications.
• Develop and manage an effective night production team to achieve overall goals.
• Maintain and comply with operating procedures and practices that ensure employee and environmental health and safety.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical understanding and knowledge of the key production steps and equipment.
• Identify and implement adjustments to the production process to achieve desired production rates and product specifications.
• Identify and complete equipment repairs needed to maintain production.
• Collect and communicate production and quality information to ensure effective and efficient shift turnover.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications of the Night Production Supervisor

• 2+ years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing production required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
• Established desire to work night shifts.
• Seeking a role with longevity.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot equipment repairs.
• Ready to assume lead responsibility for night operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Familiar with a quality management system (ISO9001:2015)
• OSHA safety training preferred
• Forklift operation proficiency is a plus
• Preventative maintenance experience is a plus

Pay starts at $28/hour or higher based on experience and capabilities.
