In this role, you will optimize manufacturing systems, enhance processes, and drive improvements in efficiency and quality across production lines.Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize manufacturing systems, including automation and equipment improvements. Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and leadership to align capabilities with production needs. Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing requirements and identify process improvements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, driving innovation in the process. Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring schedules and standards meet manufacturer recommendations. Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production capabilities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Utilize 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Proven leadership experience in driving manufacturing excellence. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Proficient in 3D CAD software for design, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
