Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our production facility. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing engineers and the production team to troubleshoot and improve equipment within the facility. This role involves addressing a wide range of issues, including mechanical, electrical, automation, and general process improvement challenges.
Responsibilities
This is a 1st shift role, with working hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Collaboration with both the engineering and production teams is essential. The role requires the ability to work well in a team setting and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our production facility. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing engineers and the production team to troubleshoot and improve equipment within the facility. This role involves addressing a wide range of issues, including mechanical, electrical, automation, and general process improvement challenges.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production teams to improve equipment and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the facility.
- Work on automatic fill lines and other production equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a controlled and efficient production environment.
- 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting.
- Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical fields.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a controlled environment or medical device manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Open to candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree who can work full-time.
- Experience with process improvement and production is a plus.
