The Manufacturing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.What You'll Do:As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you will:Lead Projects: Oversee various projects, ensuring successful outcomes. Interpret and communicate technical information effectively to all stakeholders.Manage Schedules and Resources: Develop and maintain Master Schedules for proposals, project/portfolio management, and resource allocation.Communicate with Stakeholders: Clearly convey project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders, senior leaders, and team members.Integrate Costs and Schedules: Provide expertise in cost modeling and schedule integration, ensuring alignment with industry standards and Earned Value Guidelines.Analyze and Mitigate Risks: Perform detailed risk analysis to quantify and mitigate cost and schedule impacts. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.Foster Leadership: Set clear expectations and provide the necessary resources and support for team success.Improve Processes: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Interact with Clients: Collaborate with manufacturers/integrators and civil engineers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead customer-directed studies to assess cost and schedule impacts for proposal efforts and eventual schedule baselining.What You'll Need:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management.Proven experience as a Project Consultant or Cost Analyst/Task Lead.Technical Skills:Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.Expertise in developing Integrated Master Schedules and performing schedule risk analysis.Leadership and Communication:Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Desired Attributes:Critical Thinker: Capable of developing effective solutions aligned with program and company priorities.Curious Self-Starter: Continuously seeks knowledge and improvement in leadership and communication.Selfless Leader: Ensures teammates have the resources necessary to achieve success and fosters a productive team environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
