Individual must be able to maintain confidentiality, work independently, demonstrate good judgment, self-discipline and function effectively with minimal direction. Part time - 30 hours/week (4 days, 7.5 hours/day) - fully remote - 6 month contract salary: $28 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Proactively manage calendar for VP. Keep a holistic view of the calendar to meet various targets throughout the year (e.g. PDP meetings, talent planning, travel, vacation time). Ensure the VP is on time throughout daily schedule. Manage office supply orders for Quality VP Manage all meeting details: confirm attendees, prepare conference room and A/V equipment, organize PowerPoint presentations and meeting handouts, Ensure all PDP meetings are scheduled and completed on timely basis. Organize logistics of meetings and dinners and assemble agendas and presentations for meetings. Prepare communications such as town hall presentations and email announcements and manage updates to the department website (Quality Portal) Prepare/ edit power points/ documents/ memos when needed.
