Job Description
  • Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing calendars, printing materials, and ordering office supplies
  • Coordinate and support meetings and events: manage planners in MS Outlook, reserve rooms and AV support, order catering, greet visitors
  • Arrange travel for department members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Process expense reimbursements and track departmental invoices
  • Prepare materials and update presentations for meetings
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Concur
