General Job Description:

Controls the flow of calls and visitors to the company. Provides administrative support to the President, Sales and Customer Service. Expedites meetings, conferences, etc.


Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree with 2 years (preferred) experience in an office/administrative setting
  2. Legible handwriting with good written & oral communication skills, pleasant speaking voice
  3. Working knowledge with MS Windows and with office software (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities
  5. Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor under all circumstances

Duties:

  • Answer telephone, route calls and take accurate messages
  • Greet visitors notify person visited, monitor visitor activities in public area of the building
  • Operate paging system in a professional manner when requested
  • Maintain appearance of work and copier area as well as conference room. (Re-Stock mini fridge)
  • Establish/Maintain reservations for conference room(s).
  • Maintain/Operate office equipment such as faxes, copiers and computers
  • Maintain Human Resource Application Log weekly / Photo copy applications for interviews and distribute to interviewers.
  • Assist with composing and publishing announcements and bulletins.
  • Assist with coordination of company social events

Requirements
