Provides administrative support to the President, Sales and Customer Service. Expedites meetings, conferences, etc.Minimum Qualifications:Associates
degree with 2 years (preferred) experience in an
office/administrative settingLegible
handwriting with good written & oral communication skills,
pleasant speaking voiceWorking
knowledge with MS Windows and with office software (MS Word, Excel
and Outlook)Ability
to manage multiple prioritiesAbility
to maintain a positive, professional demeanor under all
circumstancesDuties:Answer
telephone, route calls and take accurate messagesGreet
visitors notify person visited, monitor visitor activities in public
area of the buildingOperate
paging system in a professional manner when requestedMaintain
appearance of work and copier area as well as conference room.
(Re-Stock mini fridge)Establish/Maintain
reservations for conference room(s).Maintain/Operate
office equipment such as faxes, copiers and computersMaintain
Human Resource Application Log weekly / Photo copy applications for
interviews and distribute to interviewers.Assist
with composing and publishing announcements and bulletins.Assist
with coordination of company social eventsRequirementsLegible
