Administrative Assistant Overview

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Excel is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with Monday.com is a plus
Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth running of daily operations by providing administrative support to various departments within the organization
- This role is key in ensuring that our office environment is organized, efficient, and professional
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Help plan and execute events, meetings, and religious services
- Provide excellent customer service to members, vendors, and employees
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality
- Work Hours
- Monday – Thursday = 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday = 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Compensation:
- Salary range is $50k-$55k
- Health, vision, and dental insurance
