Job Description
Core Responsibilites
- Production support – spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization.
- Process improvements – expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization.
- Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.
- Strong background in resistance and arc welding.
- Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience.
- Experience in making and optimizing STC curves.
- Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus.
- Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus.
- All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
- This position is to be on-site to support our customer’s Heavy Truck Division.
- Experience with the Core responsibilities supporting the assembly plants for any of the following industries will be considered: Heavy Trucks, Military Vehicles, Aircraft, Train, Automobile, large Agriculture equipment, heavy Machinery, or heavy Construction equipment.
