Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with all aspects of game-day management, including player logistics, field preparation, and coordinating with vendors and team staff.
- Support the organization and execution of promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and fan engagement activities.
- Work closely with the ticketing and marketing teams to ensure a smooth fan experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate communication with team staff, players, and vendors to ensure schedules and expectations are clear and well-managed.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and basic administrative tasks related to team operations.
- Contribute to player relations by assisting with transportation, accommodations, and on-field needs.
- Help develop and implement strategies to boost game-day attendance, enhance the fan experience, and increase community engagement.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for sports, with a strong interest in baseball and sports franchise management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the baseball season.
- Comprehensive experience in team management, with the chance to touch all facets of game-day operations.
