To ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements.Education & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program and five (5) years of related experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity.Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: Mississippi licensure within the applicable time frame.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of occupational and physical therapy practices. Skilled in providing and mentoring staff in practice patterns for both occupational and physical therapy in applicable practice setting. Ability to identify needs for staff mentoring, coaching and counseling. Ability to analyze workflow and efficiencies within department and implement corrective measures as needed.
