Description

Trinity Oaks is looking to hire Full-Time Social Worker.

Full Time position
$23.00 per hr.
Monday- Friday with varied hours.
Applicants must pass background check and drug screen.

The overall duties of the Social worker:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices
Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in times of emotional distress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Valid state licensure as a Social Worker
Experience in applied behavior analysis, medical terminology, coding, and diagnostic evaluation preferred
Familiarity with Christian counseling principles and child family counseling techniques
Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities and evidence-based interventions
