Job Title: Administrative Assistant Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with 2-3 years of experience in the medical field. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of our department, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent patient care. Experience with EPIC software is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to medical staff and management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Handle correspondence and communication with patients, families, and external stakeholders. Support billing and insurance processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage inventory and office supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist with training and onboarding new staff members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role within the medical field. Proficiency in EPIC software is a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
