Job Title: Scheduler

Job Description

This is a contract role expected to run through the end of March/April. The Scheduler will work closely with Project Coordinators to create and maintain schedules, perform administrative duties, and keep records. The role also involves making phone calls using a provided script.

Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of scheduling/dispatch experience
  • Office/admin experience
  • Project coordination

  • Proficiency in Excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic map reading capabilities
  • Experience with Power BI preferred but not required
  • Experience with mapping software that updates from Excel spreadsheets preferred but not required
Work Environment

The role requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, with flexibility around the schedule. Typical hours are from 11:00am to 7:00pm, 7:00am to 4:00pm, or 8:00am to 5:00pm.
