2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America Job Description: DaVita's internal communications team, which is part of the larger corporate communications team, is a high-energy, entrepreneurial group who oversees the internal editorial strategy and analytics and manages an array of communications channels that target the company's more than 62,000 teammates in the United States. We are currently seeking a motivated Communications Specialist to join our force. This individual will support key internal communications functions and projects, and have a direct, meaningful impact on the experience of our teammates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone comfortable with and adept in project management and will need to balance multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Core Responsibilities: Develop strategic internal communications campaigns for various teams within the Village, often requiring cross-collaboration with creative and marketing lanes Build relationships with key partners while maintaining a core value of Service Excellence Plan, schedule and distribute communications across various channels, such as the intranet, email, organization-wide calls and more Support maintenance and function of DaVita's intranet through oversight of platform communications and operations Support internal communications team in maintaining and contributing to content/editorial calendar Contribute to analytics reporting on overall performances of campaigns. Help drive new internal communications standards and processes Serve as internal communications lead in stretch projects as appropriate Use platforms like Smartsheet and Acoustic proficiently to create, manage and execute partner communications Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to: Holds/attends team meetings, phone conferences, and trainings as needed Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing and/or communications role Strong project management, collaboration, and communication (verbal and written) skills Organized and capable of managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills Knowledge of AP style and ability to quickly get up-to-speed with brand style to inform own writing and edit content Experience with developing and maintaining strong relationships with excellent customer service Can quickly learn new platforms designed for project management, email marketing and teammate intranet At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second. Salary/ Wage Range $55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
