The role of the Multimedia Content Creator is to tell stories and drive wine sales for Tank Garage Winery and James Cole Winery through the creation of professional-quality photography, videography and social media content. Working closely with other members of the marketing team, the General Manager and company owners, the Multimedia Content Creator ensures that all content produced communicates and elevates the unique identities of each brand. Individuals who will be most successful in this role are creative, innovative and tactical, possess excellent storytelling experience, and have strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and related editing software. They should be dynamic, a self-starter, have excellent time management skills, and be adaptable to the wineries' changing needs through seasonal fluctuations and periods of growth. This position requires regular travel between our tasting rooms (located in Napa, Calistoga, and Paso Robles), our offices/winemaking facilities (in South Napa), and additional destinations as required by each assigned project. Individuals looking to fill this position should be familiar with and aligned with our brands' positioning and subject matter. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, curate, and optimize high-quality, compelling content that engages a range of audiences and supports the wineries' communications and marketing goals. Create engaging short form and long form video content for marketing and training purposes. This includes planning, shooting, editing, and color grading videos to a professional standard. Capture professional-quality product and lifestyle imagery for use across various marketing channels. Ensure all photos are edited and retouched as needed. Conceptualize, create, and manage the production of compelling social media content that tells our story and engages our audience. Regularly document key events in the winemaking process, such as harvests, bottling, and special events, to build a visual archive for the brand. Work closely with the marketing team to provide video and photo assets for campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Handle camera equipment, including lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording gear, to ensure optimal content quality. Coordinate any repairs or maintenance needed to keep equipment fully operational. Stay abreast of emerging trends and proactively make recommendations to help drive continuous company improvement and growth. Leverage analytics to refine strategies and optimize content Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in shooting and editing high-quality video and photography. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects. Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording for professional media production. A keen eye for storytelling and the ability to craft compelling visual narratives. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team environment. Passion for the wine industry and a willingness to immerse yourself in our brand culture. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure quality control. Strong understanding of sales techniques and motivations. Must have own transportation, a valid driver's license, and be insurable. Must be able to travel frequently between various Farm Collective sites, including tasting rooms, vineyards, and winemaking. Must be 21 years of age or older. Flexible schedule including ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and special events as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A true love of wine, food, music, and adventure. Appreciation and understanding of each of our brands. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Position is based on-site in Napa, California, with the possibility of some remote work after an initial training period. Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer. COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKS Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000. This range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation paid will be determined by assessing a candidate's education, experience, and skills in relation to other candidates, internal peers, and market data. Health, dental, vision and life insurance benefits, with 100% of the employee's premium paid by the Company. Simple IRA retirement plan with up to 3% company match available.
