Overview How You’ll Make an Impact As a Lead Account Manager in the digital media team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by developing strategies using Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions that align with client business objectives as well as leading internal teams to successful execution of personalized digital campaigns. You will leverage your deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and Epsilon’s personalized media capabilities to develop innovative campaign strategies that maximize client ROI and market share. Your ability to partner with Sales to identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue will fuel account growth, and your strategic insights will help shape and expand client roadmaps. You will foster a collaborative cross-functional team environment and guide them and your direct report to deliver exceptional client service and achieve strategic goals, while your focus on operational efficiency and process optimization will ensure seamless campaign execution and scalability. Through your expertise in data analytics, you will monitor program performance, develop mitigation strategies, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Achieve Enhance client relationships by consistently delivering programmatic strategies that achieve client business objectives. Optimize internal processes and ensure operational efficiency for streamlined campaign execution and increased scalability. Provide clients with valuable insights that drive decision-making and program optimization. Guide and mentor an Account Manager or Specialist, fostering personal growth through mentorship and coaching. Build strong, lasting client relationships by delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that align with client goals. Inspire and develop teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Utilize data to uncover insights, drive performance improvements, and deliver compelling results for clients. Who You Are What You’ll Bring With You Client Strategy & Relationship Management: Effectively manage a team of 1-3 Account Managers/Specialists. Work closely within the digital media team to develop campaign and messaging strategy recommendations. Utilize Epsilon’s digital media solutions to develop and execute strategies that meet client needs. Manage client roadmaps in alignment with quarterly account forecasts. Identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and manage program performance against KPIs. Create and present comprehensive campaign performance reports to clients. Analyze data to extract actionable insights. Execution, Process, & Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams on account and campaign setup. Lead campaign launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Operational Efficiency: Drive standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency. Ensure internal resources are efficiently managed to meet client and company objectives. Management & Leadership: Manage an Account Management Specialist, providing coaching and development. Foster a collaborative environment to encourage the exchange of ideas. Why you might stand out from other talent: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred. 7 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in digital marketing. Proven experience in media planning, strategy development, and campaign execution. Exceptional client service acumen with strong presentation and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple projects. A track record of working across teams to achieve goals. Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
