Testimonial: When asked what keeps you here at Minneola Healthcare, this is what Jodi Miller, RN, ADON & Pharmacy Director had to say: “I have worked at Minneola Healthcare for 19 years and receive great support from my nurse managers and leaders. They raised me, so to speak, and I have learned so much here over the years. I don't think I would have received that type of personalized training at any other facility. They took both their time and patience because they wanted to ensure that I was ready for a world I was so new to. The providers are all amazing and enjoy educating both nurses and family anytime they have questions. We treat the patient as a whole and not just a number. Wound clinic is a prime example. They may arrive with a "wound issue," but we look at the whole picture and treat more than just their wounds. My coworkers are like family; I spend more time with them than my own family some weeks.”
