Description of Role:

We are looking to add an amazing production supervisor to our team to help our warehouse staff. The ideal person should have experience leading a team of 52 or more and be able to think on their feet. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of all materials entering and leaving facility.
• Oversee the physical movement and system transactions of all incoming inventory for production.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and recommend improvements.
• Direct material handlers to place inventory in correct workstations, fixtures, or carts, and ensure unused materials are returned to stock properly.
• Develop and maintain a stocking profile for optimal inventory organization.
• Request cycle counts from designated personnel to verify accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise the shipment of finished goods to fulfill customer orders, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent math skills, capable of managing large volumes of item numbers and supporting new product launches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping documents.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL) and computer skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience supervising up to 52 people.

Work Schedule:

·         1ST Shift: 4:30am-2:30pm

·         2nd Shift: 2:30pm-12:00am
