If so, we want you to join our team as an Account Manager We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to help manage and optimize the flow of projects from order to delivery, ensuring everything is on track and running smoothly. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Accurately maintain and update product data, including Bill of Materials (BOM) entries, within the ERP system, ensuring all relevant documentation is thorough and current. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the production team, providing customers with updates on pricing, inventory, order status, project progress, and addressing any project-related inquiries, while communicating customer specifications to production. Oversee the coordination of shipments, both inbound and outbound, for project components and finished goods. Inspect finished products to verify that they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of solutions, aligning with customer needs and project objectives. Participate in production meetings to relay customer expectations and assist in scheduling production runs. Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven, results-focused approach, working with minimal supervision and offering support to the production team as necessary. Perform additional duties and tasks as required.
